As of this morning the majority of lenders are willing to work on a case by case basis to assist those who are starting to experience financial difficulties but there’s not been any nationwide decision made to offer widespread payment holidays or reduced payments

Many other countries have already moved to help their citizens during this testing time and we hope the UK government will eventually follow suit and liaise with lenders to help mortgage holders here

We will be keeping clients updated as further information becomes available and in the meantime if anyone needs any guidance or practical help you know where I am
