House prices continue to rise here after 5% jump
House prices have been tipped to continue to rise in NI during 2021 after a 5.3% year-on-year jump to an average of just under £148,000.
The NI house price index said that the average house price here also rose by 3% between the third and fourth quarter of the year.
Between the end of 2019 and the last few months of 2020, it went up by 5.3% to £147,593.
