| I hope you’re having a fantastic Summer, despite the slightly overcast weather. Thankfully it appears, at least financially, the future looks a little brighter and more positive. Interest rates fell by 0.25% to 5%, lenders are beginning to cut rates and plenty of first time buyers are still keen to join the property ladder. Inflation is also continuing to fall, albeit it’s still above the government target of 2%. People still appear keen to buy or move home, which is great because it avoids the property market stagnating.
